Marvin Windows and Doors — promoting a line of high-end, hand-crafted wooden entry doors sourced from Central America.


Role

Graphic Designer, A.W. Hastings — responsible for creative concept, campaign collateral, and promotional assets targeting architects.


Challenge

Marvin wanted to spotlight its luxury collection of handcrafted carved wooden doors and generate qualified leads from architects. The campaign needed to:

  • Capture the artistry and exclusivity of the doors.
  • Provide architects with practical, consultative tools they could use with clients.
  • Collect clean lead information through a streamlined, professional funnel.

Approach

Strategic Collaboration
Partnered with Marvin’s marketing manager to develop an integrated outreach campaign aimed at architects via coordinated email and direct mail.

Lead Funnel & Landing Page
Designed an outreach letter and email that drove recipients to a custom landing page. There, architects could request a physical promotional kit, allowing Marvin to capture detailed contact information and project interest.

Poster as Wall-Ready Reference
Created a large-format poster showcasing every available door in the collection with watercolor-style artwork to emphasize craftsmanship and artistry. Included callouts for custom hardware and handle options so the poster functioned as both inspiration and specification tool.

Flip Card Consultation Deck
Designed a ring-bound set of heavy-stock flip cards, each featuring an individual door style and coordinating accessories. The durable format allowed architects to use the cards in client meetings, flipping through options at the table without worrying about wear and tear.

Branded Mailing Experience
Designed tube labels and packaging elements for poster shipments so that every touchpoint—from inbox to mailbox to office wall—reinforced Marvin’s premium, detail-obsessed brand.
