I’m a Creative Director, designer, and storyteller who believes creativity and clarity belong on the same road. My 20+ years in publishing, healthcare, and global brand storytelling have shaped how I see design — not just as decoration, but as a way to connect, communicate, and help people feel understood. My path has evolved across industries, but my purpose has stayed steady: to use creative direction as a force for clarity, empathy, and growth.


My path as a creative leader has never been linear — it’s been a steady climb through disciplines, industries, and self-discovery.

I began in magazine publishing, where I learned how design, layout, and storytelling can shape how people see and feel. At Oser Communications, I helped bring Arizona Gourmet magazine to life; at Raim & Associates, I transformed healthcare messaging into something more human; and at WMedia, I led the redesign of Artis Magazine, growing its circulation by 38%.

Each step — from publishing to healthcare to global brand retail — became a layer of experience that shaped how I think about communication. Today, as a Senior Account Manager and Creative Operations Lead embedded within LEGO Brand Retail, I direct global campaigns, mentor design teams, and build systems that bring order to creative complexity.

Through it all, I’ve learned that the most meaningful work isn’t just about creativity — it’s about connection.


Behind every polished project and campaign, there’s always a personal story.

For me, part of that story is mental health — learning to understand my own patterns, strengths, and sensitivities, and using that awareness to lead with empathy. Over time, self-exploration has become one of my greatest teachers. It’s helped me lead teams with compassion, navigate change with honesty, and create work that feels grounded in purpose.

That same passion now drives my goal to contribute to the mental health and education space — where storytelling, design, and human understanding intersect. I’m currently developing Outbarks, a visual storytelling platform that helps people share how they define mental health and emotional wellbeing. It’s a creative experiment — and a reflection of my belief that empathy, art, and communication can all help people heal.


I approach creative direction like navigation — always balancing structure and intuition, deadlines and discovery. I lead by listening, mentoring, and asking the right questions to uncover what matters most.

Whether I’m guiding designers, developing workflows, or aligning strategy with design, I aim to create environments where creativity thrives — not through chaos, but through clarity.

Every turn has taught me something — from magazine layouts to healthcare messaging to team leadership.

And while the scenery has changed, the direction has always stayed the same: helping others find clarity in the curves.
